How do I replace the clutch drive on my Cuisinart blender Model # SPB-7 series
I have the new clutch part but I can't remove the old one.
It looks like I just have to unscrew the old one out but the drive spindle keeps rotating as well. Anyone else with this type of blender who has the same problem. Or anyone in and around Martinez, CA know of a good repair shop that can do it for me?

Try to unscrew the old one in clockwise direction , if it is left hand thread

The Today show featured a pricy Blendtec at $399. Consumer Reports highly rates the Braun MX2050 PowerMax Jug Blender at $50.00.

Well, it depends on what you want to use if for, if it is just going to be general use then definitely the Braun but if u r gonna be using it for heavy duty stuff and quite often then the Blendtec.

I just got a Vita-mix blender and would like to get some REALLY great recipes for putting on ” good” weight naturally.What kind of herb’s…seed’s…powdered soy’s…etc.. that can be added along with fruit’s and veggies…maybe some berries that will naturally enhance my health and weight gain.

peanut butter or Almond butter and/or any protein powder (whey or soy or hemp etc..) to your favorite smoothies…..

You can make peanut (or almond ) butter in your vita mix if you have peanuts (or any other nuts…)

bananas – chocolate – frozen or fresh blueberries and any milk (soy-dairy or almond) and peanut butter…..ice and a protein powder if you want.

another good calorie / fat source -coconutt andcoconutt milk – pina coladas…pineapplee and coconut milk.

Watch out on storeboughtt peanut butter – allot of them have hydrogenated oils and unneeded sugars – bad calories.
