Outlets are fine, just find out what the return policy is before you buy. I LOVE kitchenaid.

An outlet is just a store that sells goods being cleared to make room for newer looks/updated models or that were not as popular. They are (usually) all new and undamaged. Companies often require employees to go to these shops for their discount shopping, as they can get rid of more of the overstock.
You should be good for this…and congrats on having a friend in the business!!

I have Kitchen Aid everthing in my house. From Double Convection oven down to measuring cups and everything in between. These are excellent appliances with a superb warranty. Lucky you, a friend who is a Kitchen Aid employee, now that’s the bomb!!!
