the black rubber part at the bottom of the blender

The above answers are correct, hot water will do it. However, I would not use a blade or any sharp object on it. Remember, by taking your time to soak it (which is the key), you’ve made the rubber seal very soft and pliable. You risk nicking & damaging it in a way you may not even notice at first. This will shorten your seals lifespan, and then you’ll end up having to find a replacement part.

Good luck!

somebody in our friends work with kitchenaid and whirlpool and she told me if I buy any thing she can get in 40%off from kitchenaid. so I thought to buy kitchenaid food processer and immersion blender in 250 canadian dollars . (but she said she has to pick it up from kitchenaid outlet , so I got confused bcs I dont have any ideas about outlet, r they sell things like new or something with minor fault before asking her I want to ask u guys any ideas plz
and alsois this price right for two things ?

Some outlets have like a scratch and dent store, others are just making room in the "non-outlet" store for newer models. Most outlets I've been to are just as nice as the original stores and you can get some really great deals! I think that you'll be fine just keep the receipt and you can return if you're not happy. However you may only get in store credit not cash.
