		<description>Well, sort of: your fingers.  Like most immersion blenders, it has a speed dial, but the operation of the blade/whisk/blender is all controlled by a single button.  By repeatedly pressing and releasing the power button, you can pulse things.  And they do recommend that if you&#039;re using the chopper attachment.

Just saw your update--sorry for the delay.  I&#039;m sure there&#039;s others out there, but the only one I found via Google was a Dualit 500-watt immersion blender on Amazon.
