i donated alot of kitchen supplies and my cooking school stuff i paid over 2000 how much can i write off?

blenders 200 catering bowles 200 platters 300 utensils pots and pans cookie sheets 40 mixing bowles etc

Go to the IRS website and look around until you find donations. There will be a guide in there that you can refer to.
You’d be surprised how much you are allowed for things.

    Well if you have receipts for your donations then just show them to the tax guy. Unless you are doing the taxes yourself then I’m not sure. There’s only a certain amt you can claim I believe. Best to ask an expert.
