I am trying to be healthy, so I am thinking of peaches and banana with a handful of spinach.
My blender is not working, but I can use the garbage disposal. I was able to use it one other time to chop tomatoes for salsa that I made for my co-workers. My blender was working at the time, but was not clean.
Any other delicious ideas?
I’ve done the same thing when making milkshakes for the inlaws visit back on Memorial day. I think a banana/blueberry one would be tastey and full of antioxidants and potassium as well.

My secret recipe for kick a$$ smoothies is: peach yogurt, orange juice, frozen pineapple and strawberries and a touch of another frozen fruit such as melon or peach.
I have one of those infomercial famous "Magic Bullets." Oddly enough, they share the name with an adult adult toy but sadly enough, chop tomatoes up terribly.

I think one banana, 1/2 can of beets, 2 raisins, 4 rings of pineapple, and a day’s worth of coffee grounds sounds delicious, healthy, and invigorating.
I am trying to be healthy as well. I have not eaten chocolate in almost two weeks. *cries* I spent hours in Barnes & Noble yesterday, resisting the sweet aroma of hot chocolate chip cookies.
I am sure that, by Halloween, my dark lord and I will be reunited.
I am having a smoothie for breakfast, as usual. However, protein powder, banana and milk pale in comparison to your planned masterpiece.
